Rules are under discussion. Some of my suggestions posted on CGN:

No extra starting units
Four human players
Three AIs. Boosted so that they can keep up with humans for a decent time period, but not that boosted so that meeting them early would spell certain doom (especially important if the game would be played on a standard map). Also no preset preferences or aversions of AIs towards human factions - let your diplomacy speak for itself!
Cloudbase Academy disabled. The Empath Guild not though - that will hopefully make a b-line towards Centauri Empathy more worthwhile, currently an ignored tech path. |
