Need a new PC Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

I've decided to get myself wired up at my flat, I want as cheap a deal as possible with a budget around £400 and £20 per month for a quick internet connection. I'm not going to be playing many games on it or anything, just for the net and grot. I've seen some deals as low as £299..geez..I remember paying £1200 for my Pentium 75...

Thing is PA, you only save buttons by getting dialup or a limited DL deal, you may as well go for the full hit IMO.
