Attention Great Horde
In this momentous time of era change, I hereby announce a move that has been long spoken of, and anticipated by many.
Today I bring forth our Soothsayer Plato.
Lord Plato, you Sir have served our Horde with great Honour and shown the Strength that has brought nations to their knees. We the Great Council of the Horde thank you for your wonderful efforts.
The many duties that you preform have inspired people throughout this passing era. From leading the "Call of the Horde", instituting "Hordeland Communications", through to your works in negotiating treaties, dealing with diplomatic incidents and keeping other nations in line has been quite impressive.
We thank you for this.
Today the Great Council will be retiring your mantle of "Soothsayer of the Horde" with great honour. This mantle has been well served by you in many capacities. Yet we feel that this is no longer appropriate.
Lord Plato, we hereby install you into a newly founded office, that be "Grand Master of the Great Council."
This is a different role in many ways, yet still keeping the fundamental components that made your office of "Soothsayer" so successful.
In this role you are elevated to the Lord Protector of the Great Council, and its many secrets.
A new duty that you will have as "Grand Master of the Great Council" is that of back-up turn player, and keeper of the "Ordered Post" at such times.
Your "Red Guard" duties will continue, with a few changes. You now have General Staff status. In this capacity you will serve as 2ic of the "Grey Wolves Horde," which is currently proceeding the Babylonian Theatre. Your Regiment has also undergone an appropriate name change, no longer to be known as "Col. Plato's Soothsayer Savages," they will hence forth be known as "Grand Master Plato's Maulers (horsemen 5/5)." At this time your regiment will continue to operate as part of "the Black Watch Brigade."
The Great Council acknowledges the formation of a new department, "One Voice: The Brotherhood of Blood," and that in this you have merged your previous departments of the "Call of the Horde" and "Hordeland Communications." May you continue to have ever success in these areas.
Do not think the "Blood Cell" has allowed you to escape your responsibilities in that area. With this new office also comes the duty of Chief Ambassador. You will be responsible for many diplomatic functions, including the appointment, training and overseeing of diplomatic staff in their various functions, whether they be as diplomatic couriers, ambassadors or public relations staff for the public threads.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Horde, be upstanding and give great applause for "Plato - Our Grand Master of the Horde Council."
