Well, new interface is one thing, they can theoretically show reviewers a build with the old interface, but I really doubt this guy was shown something .

Heck, with what I know of Civ4, -I- could have written something that insightful.

This also deserves a Pulitzer Prize! I mean, Civ4 is revolutionary - implementation of game concepts and gamer reaction are actually important .
