	Black teen killed in axe Attack in UK Suffering from ads?

AP, Liverpool:A black teenager who was followed through a park by a group of men shouting racist taunts died Saturday after an attacker embedded an axe in his skull. Anthony Walker, 18, was waiting for a bus with his girlfriend and a cousin when a man started shouting racist taunts at them late Friday near Walker's home in Liverpool, police said.

The three left to find another bus stop to avoid any trouble, police said. But a group of three or four men followed them through a park, and Walker's companions saw someone bludgeon him with an axe.

They ran to get help and returned a few minutes later to find him with the axe embedded in his skull, news reports said. Walker died early Saturday



And there are 257 or so cases of racial attacks after the metro attacks.

I bet some people don't dare exit their door in the UK...

Really? There's a lovely Greek girl in my laboratory not to mention the thousands of other Greeks that have come to the UK and made it their home.

Aside from diplomats and holiday makers, I don't see an exodus in the other direction....

I don't think this had anything to do with the attacks on the underground. It seems he was killed because he was going out with a white girl.

Beside this one incident does not mean that extreme violent racism is prevalant in UK.

I am feeding from media output, mostly. I don't know, but it seems to be that in the UK, african-european interethnic mixing seems more accepted, while america has this unspoken-nono/ULTRAHOTNESS silly outlook on this, which also includes a lot of posturing and general idiocy.

But then again, it is only media, so I can't really judge.

I used to go out with an Asian girl (I'm white) and we never had any problems whatsoever with other people.

I think the UK is a pretty tolerant place. But there are always f***ers who just can't get along.

I don't think the sink council estate people are much more racist than middle class people. I think they're just more willing to shout about it in the streets.

Lesson Learned: If you want to kill your enemy, and they happen to be of another race, shout racial slurs before doing it. That way everyone will think it was a hate crime and not seek you at as the real killer, unless you are a racist....

The high unemployment in sink council estates means more people turn to crime, a lot of the people they are looking for have previous convictions for violent crime. Once you've done it once it's easy to do it again.

As for Japher, i'll echo the eh? Racist murders get dealth with more harshely than non-racist ones, so what would be th point. They caught these guys on cctv i think.
