If you're Finnish then we're probably mostly related to you if you go back far enough (pre-1066 ... ) I'd think the Franks and the Finns are pretty close, in the scheme of things...

Almost no-one with pre-1066 heritage remains. Between 1066 and the seventeenth century England became far more William the Conqueror than Saxon.

I'm aware. I'm suggesting that the Franks (William the Conqueror) and the Finns, coming from the same general area and probably same root stock (tho i'm no anthropologist), are probably related

(Or is it Normans? I am suddenly wondering if I'm confused. Anyway, he came from scandinavia-area iirc, though mainland... (Denmark area?)

I think you'd have to go back to the apes back in Africa, really, Finns descend from people who immigrated from the depths of what is nowadays Russia. Not taking into account the mixing of genes that has occurred on a wide scale during and after industrialisation, of course.

Most of the Germanic tribes came out of the steppes, though, like the Huns and whatnot, no? The Finns perhaps later than most, but I rather thought almost all of France/Germany/Scandinavia (Northern Europe) came from the same general area/ethnic background... as opposed to Roman/Greek heritage, which is very different (Phoenician, from what I recall, is the common heritage there)...

Anywho, after using Google, the Normans (William the Conqueror) were Norsemen - men from the north, who in AD 911 moved to Normandy and 'suggested' the French King let them settle (which he did, subject to him being their lord). BUTCH lobs a sand bomb with a big more skill/luck then Druggie's,
Druggie hits it and is slowed to speed 12 just to get rear ended by Snoop.
Druggie further reduced to speed 11 new max 12, and Snoop speed 12 max 12
That crash is indicated by the Z and there will be oil.
Teh Cowboy plows through it also.
Butch's lob helps him increase the gap with other racers.
Kassi takes an inside line to avoid the trouble and Jeff cruises into second.
Teh Cowboy seems to be patiently biding his time.

THAT's the way the Sand bombs should work. Now let's see if anyone returns the favor.
Even though I suspect it will happen in curves when options are more limited.
Its fun to see all the R's and Ls starting order sequences on straightaways.

Jonny enters the fun and lobs a bomb. Only Kassi hits it as we're starting to see more RLs and LRs to start peoples turns.
