No reply. Not even in the emial they sent us the save in.

They moved their Warrior 7 (they didn't attack us ). To me this indicates that they are indeed West of us. I think our EW should go 2 (directly south into the jungle, away from their warrior so they can't take advantage of a weaker defense bonus), and then 4 (onto a hill to look farther into the valley of the second river).

Aro, your Brazillian. You know the culture there better than anybody here. What type of indication is it that they sent no reply?

Not based on a cultural stereotype, but on my experience with human race: Those guys are extremely impolite or they fear us.

The only person here who said ANYTHING about a cultural stereotype is you. I don't know the Brazilian cultural at all so there is no way I could be using any kind of stereotype. I was asking someone who is obviously familier with the culture if a no response was indicitive of some type of stance based on the nuances that only someone actually living in that culture would be familier with.

I was thinking the gold hill for EW #1, but the mountain looks tempting.

I'd like to see if that tile E_T brought up is in fact a lake or ocean tile. My money's on ocean.
