Population 105000 - 2nd. (remains 2nd).
Population Ranking as follow :
1st - CGN (Pop 4, they are at +6, +7, +7 food, growth every 3 turns)
2nd - Poly (Pop 4, +5 food),
3rd to 5th
BAT (Pop 3, BAT is still at 3. It was in food shortage 2 turns ago. There's one team with very low F11 Productivity scores, I suspect it's BAT, but I have no idea what could be the problem)
PAL (Pop 3, +5 food, but they are at Pop 3 for 5 turns now)
CDZ (Pop 3, +5 food. Founded City 2 last turn.
6st - CBR (Pop 2, +4 food), Founded City 2 this turn.
Since we did not see their boundary, it's possible that they did not build their city 2 in our direction or their capital is far away from us.
Analysis (for PAL) as follow :

GNP 10m = 2nd. (GNP flat, position stayed 2nd)
This turn order. >10, 10 (Poly), 10, 10, 8, 6
Last turn order. >10, 10 (Poly), 10, 8, 7, 7
CDZ likely to be #1. CBR likely to be the team that improves from 8 to 10.
Mfg Goods 6megatons - 2nd (Mfg flat, position remained 2nd)
This turn order. 8, 6 (Poly), 6, 6, 5, 4
Last turn order. 8, 6 (Poly), 5, 5, 5, 4
No major change.
Productivity 21 = 4th. (Productivity flat, position dropped from 3rd to 4th)
This turn order. >21, >21, >21, 21 (Poly), 19, 12
Last turn order. >21, >21, 21 (Poly), 17, 16, 16
The first 3 positions likely to be CDZ, CGN and CBR. CGN is at +7 food. CBR likely to be the team that overtook us, because no other team increased their Pop this turn.
One team is really in trouble. Likely to be BAT, as their population was in negative growth just 2 turns ago. Difficuilt to tell what happened.
Military Svcs - 1st, (from 2nd to 1st)
As nye pointed out, CBR population increased with the city founded and we moved back to #1 in Military Svcs. Formula is (10*# of units/Pop). We are still strong vs CBR in F2 screen. They need 5 Warriors to move back to average.
Below is an estimate (taking a cautious view) of the # of units each team has, based on the statistics collected from the last few turns.

Technology
No change. CBR has Alphabet, CB. We can sell them Bronze Working.

it is very probably
BAT need it because they don't have the food bonus of the agri trait
and PAL being industrious could improve their tiles to make more production and thus producing settlers and everything else faster than the others

Great Job Rush, your a real Gem (and with that, I propose naming that Gem Mountain after you - Mount Rushmore.....or something like that).
I do have a suggestion, on your pop chart. As we know that PAL is after us and what they have is only what we figure, can you make 2 PAL Columns, one as reported and one as actual.
For example:
3750 - PAL Reported as size 1, but next turn was size 2. So the actual should show size 2 for this turn.
3350 - PAL Reported as size 2, but next turn was size 3. So the actual should show size 3 for this turn.
This way, as we look back, over time, we can see what was what, for that actual turn (at the end, so to say)
Another thing, I've been going over the turnscores and I'm not certain that your entirely correct as to who has the cities built and when. I'm conviced that on one of those 2 turns (3150 or 3100) that the pop figure is actually from PAL growing to size 4 and not from a city being settled. More than likely, the 3100 figure, as CBR doesn't show any jump in score difference, whereas CDZ does. Or CDZ was a turn later and that turn was PAL growing.
I'm sending you what I have, currently, via e-mail (to your auwk@sg.ibm.com address).

I think rush is totally right because:
- We are second in family size, i.e. there is only one team producing more food than us - I guess it's CGN
- CBR have percentage for the population in F8 which shwos 3 pop units (relative to our 4) but their capital is 2
You may take a look at the pure stats threads where I (still) regularly update the numbers

Thanks for your response ormuzd and nye. Exactly what i wanted to say.
E_T, the average score is calculated from (Total score divide by the number of turns). We know that it has many factors, eg Population Size, Culture, Happiness, Military Power, Land Area etc) but the weightage for each is unknown. If anyone knows of a formula, please let me know. I can conduct some tests on it.
PAL plays after us. As a result, when we play our turn, PAL's score is of the previous turn. To be more specific, 1) When we played 4000BC and found a city, PAL score would be zero because they had not played their turn yet. 2) Similarly, in 3100BC, when we played our turn, we would looking at PAL's score for 3150BC.
On your point of showing the actual size of PAL in the same turn, there is one slight problem. The problem is we won't know their Population Size until the next turn. So, it will always be one turn late. The actual size of PAL is in fact always there if you look at one row below the turn.

However, I hope all of you understand that this population and military strength analysis will eventually stop, when there are more cities founded and we do not know the population size of the new cities. Once that happens, there are too much guessing involved and the output is no longer meaningful.

Actually the score we see in turn 18 is the score for that team at the end of turn 17.
