	CivGroup news update Put an end to popups!

Since it's apparent that it we need a little bit more active paritipation, I'd like to make CivGroup news postings.

The first will be a general recruitment message. It would have vague hints at what's been happening as of late - meeting CBR ("new FA opertunities"), popping the hut ("developments in exploration"), impending discovery of Iron Workiong ("exciting new technology"), and, of course, new discussions surrounding the end of CBR ("important planning sessions held by MoW GK").

The second news posting would be a private one, with all the actual details of what's happening. Graphmos has said that private news posted on the CivGroup system will only be displayed to members who are authorized; however, it will not appear in the headlines that appear in the box on top of every page. I'm hoping the second will get a little more activity around the place.

That said, I hope to post a message soon. Are there any thoughts on what should be included/excluded?

Good idea, Octavian. So long as we maintain security. I mean, we haven't even decided if we want war yet, or which war that will be (after we meet the next civ).

Don't worry, neither will I come the start of school tomorrow...

Still, that said, I'll remove MoW references from the public annoucement. Are there any other suggestions? Maybe we could annouce the elections that are coming in a few weeks to draw in people looking for leadership spots as well.
