I know zocka from the webring. He was not part of the ISDG- oder IDG-Team there, so he is not exactly a refugee, but he is definitely okay. He is quite aktively taking part in our internal C3C-DG at the moment.
PS: Don't wonder about the flag. That's just his kind of humour.

Note: here are some things to keep in mind while reading the threads I've posted here:
*C3B = CBR. They changed their name (I still find myself typing C3B here at times!).
*akots was our president at the time
*Rik Meleet is a moderator and a citizen.
*Emp. Napoleon was ambassador to CBR at the time.
Thread - This was the first thread. Rik Meleet found the spy. It is a bit light at first, but reading the entire thing might provide some insight.
Thread - This is the thread that sprang up where we began gathering and organizing evidence.
Thread - Charges were officially filed.
Thread - Judgement day; FortyJ gives his ruling. A measly three turn anarchy. Unsurprisingly, we appealed the punishment. This is the second admin-proposed punishment:

Thread - The final thread. The ruling is given, and play may resume. CBR must suffer a minimum of three turns of anarchy, Joker's gone, and CFC gets 18gpt from CBR.
I hope you take the time to read through or at least skim the threads. They are an interesting read. My only regret is that my computer died in the beginning of this, and when I returned two months later, everything had passed. That is why you won't see many posts by me on this issue. However if I had been around, I would have definitely posted.

That last part you wrote is incredibly true. A minute later, UKguy could have logged off and the game two world would have been a completely different place, one where C3B could have turned out a respectable team, and two continents clashed in the ultimate civ battle...
