Why would your computer care? That's your speakers problem to worry about.

depending on your soundcard, you can sometimes add your line out as a source in your record options in the windows sound mixer

Have you tried a double male wire? You can get them at radio shack. Maybe it could be that simple.

Dare I ask what 'mmf' talk is? I guess I probably shouldn't.
Anyway relax there probably is another term but this is basically just a sort of pass through wire that allows both ends to be plugged into two different sockets connecting two outlets that would normally not be directly connected.

sending a signal from output into mic input will create feedback...
the only way you could do it is if you have another device (PC or CD player) plugged into mic or line in
what kind of sound card do you have? |
it won't create feedback unless the soundcard is trying to immediately output input from the microphone.
I wonder what kuci is trying to accomplish though. Generally if your soundcard is outputing something to your speakers it's already been digitally captured and there is nothing to be gained by converting that output to microphone input.

that's strange, it should work. I had that problem accidently when setitng up ventrilo once, couldnt figure out why every time i hit the talk button all everyone heard was my game sounds, checked my options, and my streo out was selected as my recording input
