we are kinda pushing it lately on the time,with that 'just under' 48hr time, and since i finnaly seem to be reliably setup im offering to be a backup turnplayer. of course id need detailed info on what to do as i have no mp experiance,or have a messenger program running with one of you
i can almost certainly probably garrantee an hour every day,morning or night barring earthquakes,floods,tribbles,network node overload,sudden loss of atmosphere or other calamities

If you mean the turnplaying guide, I am actually writing it, so still there is no complete version.
Yes, the stuf is usefull in singleplayer or multiplayer too. This is something about all these small issues you find in the game, like you do something unwanted and say to yourself "if I only knew before..." and this is not only in democracy games.
