Great Lord Nimitz,

The quality and composition of your work has not gone unnoticed in the Blood Cell. Cheif Chrisius and I have been watching your diplomatic efforts with great enthusiasm. The Blood Cell issues a hearty "Well Done!"

As matters of state grow more complicated and diplomatic concerns become ever more important, it has become clear that The Horde needs your skills to be brought to bear. It is with great pleasure, as Chief Ambassador for The Horde, that I appoint you as:

Ambassador to Babylon

It is The Blood Cell's great hope that you will accept this most critical appointment. The Babylonian nation presents many unique challanges at this time. They are challanges that I feel you will be most adept at meeting.

With the vast amount of information coming from Babylon and the conflicting nature of these reports, it has become imperitive that we have an ambassador that is dedicated to this civ and capable of getting to the bottom of things.
