Population 160000 - 1st. (still 1st).
Population Ranking as follow :
1st - Poly (Pop 5, +5 food, Granary completed in 2850BC this turn),
2nd - CDZ (Pop 4, +5 food. 2nd city (built 3150BC) Pop 2, +4 food)
3rd - CBR (Pop 3, +5 food, Founded 2nd City in 3100BC)
4th to 6th
CGN (Pop 3, +6 +7 +7 food, grow every 3 turns. 2nd city founded in 2950BC). Capital Invictus likely to have produced a Worker last turn.
PAL (Pop 3, produced a Settler in 2900BC ! Built Granary in 3100BC. Likely at +5 food. Likely to have Founded 2nd City this turn in 2850BC) Land Area dropped to 5th.
BAT (Pop 3, produced a Settler in 2900BC ! Built Granary in 3100BC . Likely at +4 food)
Both BAT and PAL produced a Settler. My guess is PAL founded a city. My reasons being - PAL has 2 workers, they are industrous, hence able to quickly road their Settler to the 2nd city location. But it's just a guess.
Also, with most teams having 2nd cities now, assessing city population has become more difficuilt. If you find any errors, please do not hesitate to point out.
Analysis (for PAL) as follow :

GNP 10m = 5th. (GNP flat, position dropped from 4th to 5th)
This turn. 12, 12, 11, 11, 10 (Poly), 8
Last turn. 12, 12, 11, 10 (Poly), 8, 8
Whoever built the 2nd city (my guess is PAL) has leapfrogged over us.
Mfg Goods 9 megatons - 1st (Mfg flat, position from 2nd to 1st)
This turn order. 9 (Poly), 8, 8, 7, 6, 6
Last turn order. 10, 9 (Poly), 8, 7, 6, 6
Well, one team was maximising its shield production last turn.
Productivity 24 = 5th. (Productivity Flat, position dropped from 4th to 5th)
This turn order. >24, >24, >24, >24, 24 (Poly), 18
Last turn order. >24, >24, >24, 24 (Poly), 17, 16
Sigh ! Whoever build the 2nd city overtook us.
CBR Intelligence
Below is my assessment of CBR capital - Laranja Verde, the population growth, production etc, with comparison against Apolytion as reference :
1. CBR found Laranja Verde in 4000BC. From 4000BC to 3500BC, LV produced 3 Warriors and grew at +4 Food per turn.
2. From 3500BC to 3200BC, LV produced Settler. It's still at +4 Food per turn.
3. From 3250BC to 3000BC (Current), LV seem to have improved to +5 Food per turn !
4. CBR is now military average (F2) to us. Even if i fortified all our Warriors, we can't get back to strong vs them. They should have 5 warriors. My guess is : their capital produced W4 sometime back and their 2nd city produced W5 this turn.

Note : Some further testing is required. My military strength calculator is PTW version, need to validate if it works on a VV unit.
Military Svcs - 4th, (remained 4th)
No change. CBR is ahead of us.
Technology
No change. CBR has Alphabet, CB. We can sell them Bronze Working
Luxury
This turn, our annual income dropped to 2nd. One team has connected a luxury. It could be the team that founded a city this team or it could be any other team who has roaded a luxury.
Also, our life expectancy improved from 3rd to 2nd, after we completed the Granary.

Using BFM's Army Strength formula,
Poly is average vs CBR, when
CBR has 2 Veteran and 3 Regular Warriors
or CBR has 1 Veteran and 5 Regular Warriors.
BFM's formula :
quote: Unit Strength =
(MAX (3;Hitpoints) / 3)
* (0.6 * Attack Value + 0.4 * {Defense Value * 1.25 if Fortified} + Bombard Strength Value / 15)
* (1.01 if UU and CivSpecificAbilitiesOn)
Army Strength =
Sum (Unit Strengths) * (Factor depending on ArmySupportCost)
|
Spreadsheet :

Disclaimer : 1. this formula is not 100% accurate, there are other ingredients not fully discovered, 2. the terrain where the units are standing on does impact the calculation, 3. we do not fully understand the Army support cost factors.
I did some testing but found results not conclusive. I was using small map, hotseat, 2 Civ (Netherlands, Sumeria), no Barbs, Emperor level, but i overproduced the Warriors and had to disband some. Once i disbanded, the F3 Army strength completely went haywire. Perhaps more testing is required.
P_A, the formula suggests that dropping hit points from 3 to 2 has no impact on the calculation. But please note the disclaimer.

I think the hitpoint in the term: " (MAX (3;Hitpoints) / 3) " are not the maximum HP but the current HP the unit has.
Though I'm not sure about it as I usually do not look at the army statistics...
