Sort of post-Cold-War really, but Panda's Crisis of the New World Order is still a cracking scenario. I've lost the link to his site, but I'm sure it's available at CivFan and the Spanish site.

Got spare money?

Playing his coldwar-scen "iron curtain" brought me to starting this thread.

I really loved this scen, but after reaching the 70ies with my soviet dreamland without starting a nuclear apocalypse or anything like that, just the max. number of units was reached, so I quitted...

Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

One of jim_panse's first scenario's was on the Cold War - it's a bit date compared to his newer stuff, but the units are well balanced and playing as some of the minor civ's can be quite fun.

It should be on the Spanish Civ2 site if memory serves me correctly.

Also Curt's Soviet Steel is worth checking out.
