All we have to do is look at the info we get out of Rush's work. I would be willing to bet that NO OTHER TEAM has the kind of intel that we do already. Now we add in NYE, Krill's and E_T's scrutiny of MM and we should be able to tell almost exactly their troop count and future capabilities. This is a no-brainer to me.

where are the strategic resources in this poll?

however, I think we do not need to show them our units, the iron deposits and the location of our ivory. At least not yet

They already know the location of our Ivory. Other than that, we don't know the location of any strategic resources yet. That is why I'd like to get the shots traded before we finish IW.

Thing is, if we make a trade just before we get IW, with resources turned on (and no restrictions in that respect), then what do we do on the next trade??

Will the next trade be as soon as possible (scouting is continuious process more gets found every day....) or will it be some set number of turns after the initial one?

The best way to keep it as simple as possible is just to trade the terrain only. No Units (like, duh...), No Bonus, No Luxes and NO Resources. All these can be turned off in the map part of the game and we can make simple no nonsence mapsto trade.

We don't have to blackout the interior of the Cultural borders, although I would like to not give them that info, we can use that info against them.

But we need to have the Resources/Luxes/Bonus tiles turned off. Pick that option for safer map exchange.

We should hit "del" and do not show our vital info (what we're researching, how many gpt, etc) in the bottom right window. No needs to turn off resources and/or luxuries.

Very well, although that option also implies that we want to trade screenshots. I did not think of it the above way until you mentioned it.

However, we did poll that. Unfortunately, that poll is clear as mud. 6 yes, 5 no, 6 abstain (fruit).

I am fully open to a final poll of the option with clear support (everything but units option as of now) vs none at all.
