War On Terror Multiplayer v1.0
Here is my long awaited War On Terror Scenario for Multiplayer version 1.0.
Tweaks:
*Units have more moves. Settlers for Instance have 5 moves now, due to the map being Marla's Huge Earth Map. Workers have more moves, and it takes less time to complete all tasks. All units' offense and defense settings were refigured, and old units deleted. A paratrooper finally has no chance against a tank. Starting gold is 2500. Use it wisely. Some resouces were reallocated for MP use, such as Japan not having Iron or Coal.
It costs much less to build units, as this is a game ultimately built around war.
However, some may wish to re-enact history, so I deleted and changed a few Civ's. Now available are Canada, Iraq, Pakistan, Brazil, Australia, Iran, Mexico and Sudan, among others. Players start in close proximity to real life geopolitical locations. In essence, Japan is located in Japan as we know it today.
