	Lals End Got spare money?

So I'm finally ready to end my in-character game. This has been THE longest game I have played. Playing in character is pretty frigging hard.

Anyway, I figured that as a final slap to Lal and his precious UN, he would repeal the most sacred of the UN charters. So I've done it and am ready to unleash the "Fist of Yang" on Lal as the final lesson the Chairman has to teach the unbelievers of his wisdom.

Zak has joined Santiago and Morgan as permanent residents of the Human Hive. To punish Aki-Zeta, I destroyed her garrison and ordered my units to stand down as her final base was overrun by mindworms...which I watched on my teleprompters.

Here is Lal's territory. He doesn't have anything left. My Fists are ready to launch at a base just outside of the blast range.

As stated in the picture, there are 5. They are equipped with Fusion Warheads.

What I would like is a recommendation of the optimum impact zones and appropriate targets. I don't think the Chairman would care if a few Hivers were caught in the blast, so long as the strike accomplishes its task.

The Chairman asks Hive intelligence to pinpoint the best targets for the Fists of Yang. (Yes, I renamed them that).

I don't care about my own casualties, just so long as every UN base is vaporized in the blasts. But just in case, i have a transport far off the shores...but I want to end this game with a bang, so to speak.

Lal's bases are simply spaced too widely to take them all out with 5 PBs if you have to hit the cities or visible units. Scout his territory a bit and find some units between cities. If necessary, tempt them out with a sacrificial invader.

That sea former near U.N. Headquarters is a good target that would take out 2 bases. You can create a target by releasing a mind worm or IoD into wild.
Also, if you have a copter nearby equip it with a nerve gas, use that probe foil first to introduce a genetic plague in a most distant base and finish it off with a copter

Yeah i don't think 5 will be enough hitting the bases, you could try it. You might get lucky to lower the land enough to drown the other bases though. Otherwise as Chaos says check inbetween the bases for any units to hit.

Last PB to finish anything that got missed (prob UN HQ)

That would be close to optimal if there's units on em or just around.

could you use drop scouts? Drop scouts in there, turn them over to Lal then nuke them.

Hmmm, well I guess I can have the Hive Air Corp do a recon flight over his territory.

I really don't want to use more than 5 Planet Busters simply because of the symbolism. 5 PBs, 5 fingers on a hand...

Although, just in case I have 5 more PB's in production that should be completed in about 5 to 7 turns.


This game is sooo friggin inefficient.

Fusion won't make a big enough hole to ever kill 2 cities, straight out. Only land deformation from the blast has a chance of drowning the nearby city.

Just give him a two handed bash, and be done with it.

In the upper right corner is the Fist. I wasn't paying attention to the placement of the screen when I took the pic, so you will all just have to deal with it.

I had my technicians target the former in the fields....those poor suckers.

The resulting blast took a large chunk of Lal's land away from him. He squawked at me for betraying our Blood Truce, but when you are Master of Planet and your empire stretches from one end of the horizon to the other...you don't care what the naysayers babble about.

You were all right in that how the placement of Lal's bases were, the lack of Planet Busters, and the fact that they were Fusion...the blasts did not engulf him entirely.

However, Foreman Domai surprised me in that after I used my 5 Planet Busters, he had his drone agents take over his second to the last base.

My next turn, I used my other Planet Buster that I really did not want to use on his last base, thereby wiping off Lal from the face of my world. Literally.

I have sanctioned off that part of my world because of the enormous radiation that my Fists left behind.


With Planet mine, I stare towards the stars. But just in case, I have one more Planet Buster aimed at Domai's HQ for the future...

I usually commit atrocities per game...not as much as Lazerus tho.


I'm surprised that the pic of the explosion came out better than I thought. My monitor did some kind of glitch when I hit Print Screen and thought that it would come out all messed. Thankfully it did.

And thanks for reminding me to take the pics guys. I wanted to take a pic of each explosion, but that would be too much pictures.

You do better stories though, so i'll commit the crimes and you can write the memoirs to erase the blemishes from history

I usually get that graphics glitch aswell, there is a way to cure it ... but it's late and i cant remember heh
