we may change production just before we pop the hut and return back to settler after this. How many shields would we have at that moment accumulated?

What if we delay the Enk?
Move adjacent next turn. Following turn setter is built and moves to 8-9, Enk pauses. Third turn settler builds city then Enk pops hut.
We will still be at or under city average to get free settler. We would lose 1 turn of Enk exploration time.
Worth it? |
I really don't think that the timing will allow us to do thid, but we can try.
I'm just not going to hold my breath for this.
Also, for consideration: That EW is exporing surrounding territory. With our Settler pump coming online very, very soon, we NEED to get as much uncovered as possible, for us to get our city sites set, as soon as possible.
It's Crunch time, can we afford losing that capability, at this time??

take the hut as fast as possible.
with every turn the chance get higher that someother take the hut - better we do as some1 other.
And whatever we get will usefull, barbs for example too:
option to get elite => who would trigger a enemy ga on a elite unit...ok some would do but not much.
option that they kill other explorers
option to see fast more and find maybe a nother hut as well, which we wouldn't if we wait.

actually triggering GA with elite defensive units is more sure than non-elites because the chance to kill them is lower. If the UU survives it is counted as a winner and the GA will start

i think it is not worth to delay our exploration as the chance for a settler is not even 10%

Also, we can move Enk "Ziu" 9 , and still get to the goody hut before CBR, and pop the hut after settling our new city. |
Hmm, we don't see every tile around the hut.
There can be other units close too.
No risk - get the hut as fast as possible bevore some1 other can.
Ziusudra=>3 or 6 and next turn take the hut..if it still exist.

One small problem...
CBR has not accepted the treaty yet (we have heard nothing AFAIK). They have put Alphabet on the table. We are to put BW on the table and accept.
We would be fools to do that prior to them accepting the treaty with the nt clause. Or would we?
Should we delay playing the turn and take the full 24? |
let us set bw against aplha without accept and send them a mail - depending on treaty. The trade can only be done after treaty.
nt clause =? "nt" stand for?

And it might be a show of good faith if we continue along with it. Heck sending bronze working accepted says "Hey, we know that you're a bunch of cheaters and don't know why we're ignoring history, but we'll give you the benefit of the doubt!"

This turn assessment. Changes in Bold
Population 220000 - 1st. (still 1st).
Population Ranking as follow :
1st - Poly (Apolytion Pop 5 to 6, +5 food, Granary completed in 2850BC),
2nd - CDZ (Beyond P Pop 4 to 5, +5 food. 2nd city (built 3150BC) Pop 2 to 3, +5 food. Neighbour to CBR !)
3rd to 5th
CGN (Invictus Pop 4. 2nd city (founded in 2950BC) Pop 2 to 3).
PAL (Capital Pop 4, Built Granary in 3100BC. 2nd City (founded in 2800BC) Pop 1)
BAT (Delhi Pop 3 to 4, Built Granary in 3100BC . 2nd City (founded 2850BC) Pop 1)
6th - CBR (Pop 2, +4 food, 2nd City (founded in 3100BC) Pop 1 to 2, +3 food. Produced Settler last turn. Likely to be escorted by 1 of their 5 Warriors )
Ormuzd, I changed the Pop chart again. PAL can't possibly add Pop in consecutive turns. With all these new settlers/cities, it's becoming very hard to track city sizes.
City Size Analysis as follow :

GNP 12m = 4th. (GNP +1, position from 3rd to 4th)
This turn. >13, >13, 13, 12 (Poly), 12, 11
Last turn. >12, 12, 11 (Poly), 11, 11, 10
Population increased by 1, GNP increased by 1m, but ranking dropped. CDZ, BAT, CGN, CBR all had population increases.
Mfg Goods 10 megatons - 2nd (Mfg +2, position remained 2nd)
This turn order. >11, 10 (Poly), 10, 9, 8, 7
Last turn order. >10, 8 (Poly), 8, 8, 8, 6
CDZ, BAT, CGN, CBR all had population increases.
Productivity 27 = 4th. (Productivity +3, position remained 4th)
This turn order. >27, >27, >27, 27 (Poly), 27, 25
Last turn order. >24, >24, >24, 24 (Poly), 24, 24
We lost out on Productivity because others had 2 cities. CBR is likely to be last as their settler had not found a city this turn.
CBR Intelligence
1. CBR found Laranja Verde in 4000BC. From 4000BC to 3500BC, LV produced 3 Warriors and grew at +4 Food per turn.
2. From 3500BC to 3200BC, LV produced Settler. It's still at +4 Food per turn.
3. From 3250BC to 3000BC (Current), LV seem to have improved to +5 Food per turn !
4. CBR is now military average (F2) to us. Even if i fortified all our Warriors, we can't get back to strong vs them. They should have 5 warriors (2 veterans, 3 regulars).
5. CBR produced another Settler in 2800BC.

Technology
No change. CBR has Alphabet, CB. We can sell them Bronze Working
Luxury
One team connected a luxury in 2850BC.
