Greetings Team Captains, representatives and Admins (this will come to you all in two increments - only 5 people can get a PM at a time).
I got a message recently saying that things have dramatically slowed down due to a difficulty with enforcing the 24 hour rule, and a request to me, as an Admin, to help. I am PMing (and will email) all of you to let you know that I intend to try to sort this situation out, and I hope I can call on you guys to help me out.
I will be perusing the forum a bit later tonight to try to get as complete a picture of the situation as possible, but I feel it may be as simple as OPD being away causing slowdowns. If that is the case then consider this as a reminder, until such a time as the 24 hour rule is defeated in a valid poll, to play within that timeframe or have your turn skipped. If there's a team delaying now, then please contact me with what the holdup is about, else I'll do the skip thing when I'm up to speed.
Additionally, I don't have all team passwords - could ormuzd and Aqua please PM yours to me? I have all the others. Additionally, if there needs to be any switchover of spellZ in any of the team forums let me know and I'll get on it. A third question - does anyone think it necessary that one of we Admins have spellZ for the public forum?
If there're any considerations I should be made aware of, please let me know - you should all know by now that I'm happy enough to chat and try to find the best solution for everyone to let us all enjoy playing the game. Dom - I'm not sure how involved you are, but I notice you're a member of most if not all team forums. What's that about?
Remember I'm trying to get the game moving in a way that keeps everyone enjoying playing it. Please help me out, and I hope to be able to help keep as many teams happy as possible.
