not that Raycroft's stats aren't good... it's that he isn't signed...

I'm looking at a variety of Fantasy hockey sources for info, and a lot of them have guys like Cloutier, Theodore, Esche, and Aebischer higher than Raycroft.

And Yahoo's big board has Hasek ahead of him.

Yes, different fantasy leagues are scored differently. But goalies are usually scored pretty much the same way dumbass. Hence, how different sites rank them would be pretty relevant.

I know you're slow, Sava, but either you claim our league is the same as most other fantasy leagues so my statement isn't obvious, or it's not the same and your comment about the rankings is pointless. Goalies, in most fantasy leagues, are scored very much in the same way. At least at the fantasy leagues I have been looking at. So hence, my statement about goalie rankings is relevant.

Value and scarcity. There are only a few goalies that will get much playing time, as opposed to position players, where even a 3rd line winger will get a good amount of time on the ice (not that I'm looking at 3rd liners ).

By the time the picks come back to me, most starting goalies will be gone and we have to start two goalies. And I must also get a backup in case one of mine gets injured.
