Aussie Pre-order edition Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

I just pre order civ 4 from http://www.gamehead.com.au/product.php?productid=84980

It says that it is a DVD. What features come with the DVD?

Also, will it be possible to resize the units so they're more in proportion to the environment? At the moment it looks kinda awkward... kinda like if the units in Warcraft 3 were 5 times the size of the buildings and trees.

Looks like it'll be a good game though. Thankfully a november release date means it'll turn up after my semester finishes
