I will accept, as long as everyone is aware of the following two things:

*I've never engaged in diplomacy of any kind.
*I might only be able to log on twice or thrice a day.

If there's someone out there better qualified/trained, then I want them to be the ambassador. CDZ is a team full of PBEM experts; they won't be as naive or easygoing as CBR was. I want Master Zen or nye there with me at the first chat if I'm the ambassador.

Sorry to seem demanding or weird, but I don't want to be the cause of Apolyton's demise.

2-3 times a day is awesome! Now getting the other guys (CDZ) is the tough part. Getting used to your counterparts schedule and finding the right times to "chat" is the hard part. But, since you can be on that many times it seems as if you'll fit in perfect. Just be careful as to not spill too much of the proverbial beans while chatting.

PBEM expertise does not equate with good diplomatic skills. Demogames prepare you far more for that and we have the edge in this regard as most of us have 2-3 or more demogames under our belt in any one of the teams we hail from.

You can rest assured that I'll still be leading the major chats (that's kinda... my job ) unless you feel comfortable enough to do so yourself, so no, you won't be the cause of Apolyton's demise, that title, in the unfortunate event that we get it, will likely be mine.

You've already been present in both of our chats with CBR IIRC so you at least have an idea of how things are done. Your main work would be written correspondance and being someone that CDZ can contact urgently if need be, as well as obviously, helping set policy with me and all the others who are involved in our foreign affairs.

Very well, I'd be honored to be the ambassador. Perhaps I was confusing up the ambassador's job in Apolyton with CFC; at CFC, the foreign minister was rarely at a chat, while it was the ambassador who was the one who did all of the talking.
