CIV - Pre-order version. Ordering overseas. Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Hey,

Anyone overseas know if you can get the Pre-order version overseas. With CIV III I ordered the limited Ed of Amazon and got it no problems. This time it doesn't seem so clear - and Chips and Bits told me they couldn't offer this version. (Apolyton's link to them give the impression you can get the limited ed version - this is not the case)
I can't understand why the online retailers would be blocked from sending it overseas.
I've bought every Civ game so far - and it annoying that we can't get the limited edition here in NZ.
I guess I could try and rake up some contacts in US to get it for me.

Thoughts?

Suffering from ads?

The only way to get it outside USA is to have some affiliate buy it for you in the States, use a local delivery address via some re-shipping service, buy it on eBay or travel to the States yourself. There's really no other options.
