The Prime Function is pleased to announce that since planetfall efforts to colonize Chiron have met with great success thus far. We expect to have this island fully populated within the decade. We hope that all goes similarly well with our human collegues on the other islands.

Subject: Planetfalling?
Greetings once again my Angels. It has been long since my last communication and I shall attempt to explain.
We have landed on an isolated island amidst an apparently large ocean. No other humans are present on this land, yet we did note at least two other escape pods jettisoned successfully. Immediately upon landed I oversaw the construction of our first base and sent scouts out to find locations for our inexorable expansion.
As the reports from the scouts began to come in, a strange sense of deja vu came over me, almost as if we had already played out this initial exploration. Perhaps I have spent too much time jacked into the nascent network.
Over the next several years, we made contact with two other human factions. The human known as 'DinoDoc' now leads a group known as 'the Consciousness', while the venerable Lord Maxwell has established a research community he is calling 'The University of Planet'. For now, our purposes appear to coincide and we have established peaceful relations.
We have begun to receive transmissions from other lifeforms as well. There seem to be two distinct groups of lifeforms, one to the north and one to the south. Our planet scans have revealed nothing of these mysterious beings, if they exist at all. Verification of their existence, and if found, their intentions is now our number one priority.

Dear fellow humans. In the year 2109 we finally made a major breakthrough, our project, the Weather Paradigm, stands completed. We know understand the intricacies of Chirons weather, and can take full advantage of our island.
