I am tired of reading that pretenders eyes, and the wannabe agartha posting crap. I hereby challange EYES, Agartha,war4ever and bezerker to a 5 way game.
I would like Cavebear to create the a medium map.
The game will be sim turns, emp no barbs, no caravans to other civs and NO allainces and no tech trading or stealing 1x 1x. Conquering and taking tech is fine. At least one of these settings annoy someone, but there isn't any way all of you will agree to everything.
So its time to put up or shut up this saterday....

Well species has won 1 game with me in the past 14 times we've played. At one point he quit a game and told me "**** you anyways" and refused to play me for about 6 months. Carnide is a joke. lol Put war4ever in there he's better. hehehe Arii I don't know, but if he's like he is on 2x2x he wouldn't be a challenge. Nappy could give me trouble. Markus doesn't give me trouble in a duel but in a large game he might pose a threat. Crustacian...HAHAHHAAHAHAAHAA!!!!!!!! I think a game between is us would come down between Me, Nappy, and Markus (depending on whether or not he starts by me), and Arii or so I've heard. Everyone else would be my ***** before the game even starts.

hmmm...
To be fair, I say: Markus invited some people into the game, Eyes has not. I think there is a real danger of everyone bunching up against one human (you all know what I mean). So, if Markus invited someone, I think Eyes should invite someone also.
... And more: about game settings, there should be a list to choose, like map size, dificulty level, barb level, and so on.
Eyes choose first, because he is the challenged. Lets say, he chooses King. Them its Markus turn to choose. lets say he chooses Med map, then is Eyes turn, and so on...
This is how I see a good, even and fair match.

I don't think Civ was created to be fair anyway.

carnide we already discussed the settings, and i posted what we finally agreed to.
Now all i have to do is hear back from nappy, bezerker and crusty and we are on. Also ask nappy or berzerker if we have ever allied in a game, most of the time its been war at first sight. You will also notice the rules state no allies, no tech trading etc.

Doesn't matter, let them gang up on me. I'm obviously not the best if I can't take people 5 on 1. Maybe this time markus will at least give me some what of a challenge with all these players to support him.

This game sounds like a blast....especially on one of Cavebear's famous tournament maps!!! I would really like to participate and will accept any and all settings...but I am not available for a few Saturdays. Any chance we can do this on a weeknight??? Tue/Wed/Thur???

Hmm... how did I get on this list? I'll play, but I can think of a couple dozen people who are better than me. Btw, why didn't you mention this challenge last night when we were playing Curumbor's Millenium Diplomacy?
As of now, the following nights are consumed by Civ: Sunday, Wednesday, Tuesday, and (?)Thursday(?). Damn, too much civ playing

Eyes, you have beaten me only 1 time using 2* 2* and in that game you started on a river bed and got a tribe and a horse after 3 turns from hutts. I should perhaps remind you that I hold a 2-1 record against you for finished games (with about 5 unfinished games).
