New PBEM game? Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I want to begin (or join) a PBEM game.
My favourites settings are:


  • Huge planet
  • Many fungus
  • Few erosion
  • Normal continents
  • SMACX v2.0

Hmm - interesting game (transcend level, I trust)

abundant native life, and we have the gaians and the cult

weak erosion, and continents, so the University and data Angels will thrive

Pirates to rule the seas

And the kicker is the AI. At random, could be:

Aliens (C's and U's both - it won't select just one)
Builders - 2 out of Domai,Morgan or Aki
Uh-oh - Miriam and Corrie

Already it sounds like fun

I haven't seen the map yet, and I don't think I would want to see it, to be honest - it is enough to have unity survey on, rather than seeing the entire map, IMO...

I have received both the map (downloaded) and the game, but could not access it for lack of a password... It did not ask me to set my own...

I have sent e-mail to all players to that regard last night and will check my e-mails up tonight...

Hopefully we can get this game going again soonest.

Realizing that someone will probably at some time open another thread with the "New PBEM Game" title, I opened up a turn reporting thread called "Turns of JMRVX"
