Excellent idea, TC. Nigel's an extremely reliable player, so we should get a decent turn rate from him. I hate to bump 14 after making such a bad start myself, but he seems to have dropped from the forums entirely. Ah well.

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry about this, but I'm going to have to drop out of the game. I discovered this week that I will not have access to a computer with Smac installed on weekdays in future (I will be online, just without Smac..grrr!) Therefore I'm resigning from my all of my PBEM games and seeking replacements over in the replacement players thread. I hope this doesn't cause you too much trouble,

Greetings to all from the new leader of the Simpsonites, Brother Mark.

It is my sad duty to report that Simpson II, our valued and accomplished leader of six years, was fatally injured in a freak accident involving a recon rover and a newly constructed manhole. He was a great man, and will be forever remembered as such. In honour of his great name, we have decided that it would be most inappropriate to erase the name of the Simpsonites.

I'm afraid that, at the present moment, I know absolutely nothing about the game scenario, so I extend my hand of friendship to all who wish to take it.
