I'd like to ask if we all plan to hold to the Planetary Council way of things. Can we agree that if someone commits an atrocity, and prohibitions have not been lifted, that sanctions are imposed (for simple atrocities) or Vendetta is declared against them by every opposing faction (for the major ones)? Just as the computer would do.
