Hava a good time on this trip Rasta-- It sounds like it will overlap with a period that I will be unavailable as well-- I will be on a house-hunting trip on the 25th-29th and will not be able to play. (We have an immense amount of stuff to get done in a short time -- moving is hard work LOL) I also know that I will probably have a 2-3 day period of unavailability sometime around my Ausust 21 move date.

I do find it slower since they added all the new "features" to the site but I disabled all the avatars and stuff and now it is at least tolerable.

folks, I will be gone 'til the weekend.

Well, I do admit, I have been a lazy poster , but at least I will *always* post when there's something out of the ordinary.
Seems like a good idea to disable the avatars, sine the long loading times are what keeps me from posting regularly.

BTW, should we open a AXT043, second thread, wouldn't that help loading the pages faster as well?

I won't get a turn till the weekend since R is unavailable but does anyone know where the turn is? The last posting was anunikoba sending on the turn.

It does not matter as to posting as long as the turn keeps moving. I just find that posting prevents the turn going astray for days.-- disabling the avatars does make posting a LOT easier so try it.

Funny . . . . I thought it might be good to start a new thread since shorter threads load a little faster. So I started one entitled "AXT 043 2160 onwards" and posted to it twice. I neglected to mention this in this thread so I was not suprised to see that Anunikoba had posted to the old one. But what I did not expect is that the "new" thread has disappeared. It does not show up on the first page at all and a search did not find it either. Odd.

Edit --Now a search finds it but it does not appear on the first page of the Multiplayer threads (which it should) Curiouser and Curiouser . . . . I will bump it up to see if it appears
