His were also tech problems. But he did ask if he could rename some of the cities.
That was the worst night for tech problems that we've had in a long time.

Isn't funny how some people have problems with icq and others do not, I have never had a problem with icq yet on many occations others have said they could not connect.

actually its not.... its quite annoying. I wonder if my upgrades of icq along with my dinasour win 95 are the problem. The first time i dl icq 3 yrs ago i never had problems..... now my icq works only from time to time

what a surprise! I was planning to attack Zulu or Yellow Markus before I gave out the empire.

But frankly, your Sun Tze is just a good fit for War4's ICS crowdy cities. My fault that did not build it, and instead went for Bach's. It's just the problem of subbing. It takes a while to realize what's the most urgent need for the empire. Sometime it's rather late.
