Lets try and narrow this down a bit. The Names are not all in CAPITAL letters so it can not be Deity. Perhaps I may be related to this person ? Then again the spelling is good so could it be finbar????

Actually I should expand on the context here.

AH started a war with me and has been bugging me by sinking ships full of caras and stealing my techs.

He's a good military strategist but not so hot in the pg stakes.
NB His defence must be great cos he kept Makeo at bay in a duel they had that used up 100's of units and it didn't get completed (yet)

So, he's giving me the come-on to attack those puny cities in the above graphic but it is surely a trap!!

"Come on Deity, over here. Nice Deity. I've just got a few Dragoons for you....."

Anyway I'm in Democracy and happily climbing the pg - hardly need troops away from home.

Except that bloody finbar is racing through the tech tree, building literally EVERY friggin Wonder and has virtually no army, to speak of....

Dragoons only are useful if they get a chance to attack. Take the whole damn island in one turn and all those dragoons end up in the glue factory.
(as long as you can get troops there safely, hmmmm maybe that's the trap)

The trouble is I don't believe it's an island. Not sure, but I think there is a land link to his main civ to the East. Probably with lotsa cities on mountains full of Dragoons

Man I want to play civ
I got a free staff account that's pretty fast for a 56k line but I can't use it cos I don't have a phone line!! Grrr!! the frustration!

A couple more weeks and I'll be ready to get back in the game....caravan parks suck!!
