I found this option by accident couple weeks ago, but I have no idea how to use it, and why to use it.

I just use the standard map, which seems to track all moves anyway if the option is on. Am I wrong about this?
I also use diplos a lot. If you use them in the right way they give lots of int on enemy moves, one of the secrets of my success against makeo

Markusf, could you explain how opening screens improves your enemy tracking. If you check the "track enemy moves" box for the normal screen it seems to do the job effectively.

Its in the options menus somewhere. You can switch it on and off during play.

Jesus Christ, just go through the menus on the game. The first column. I can't remember exactly where it is, could be where you get the autosave option.

Hmmm I would dispute that - I seem to get good info with the option on. Be that as it may, if you stack a few views, say on the side of your screen, does the active one come to the top if there is enemy movement there? I mainly don't use the break out screens because of the clutter. But if I could stack them that would be okay.
