who wants to write a design tip on events? Enter the AD-FREE zone

I simply don't understand anything of all those new events, mostly since I don't visit this forum a lot. And I think there are a lot like me.
It would be best if someone who does know it all nicely would write a good design tip for Sleague or a FAQ to explain all.
