Could someone shed a bit more light on this designers' guide - what are the three scenarios - and would an experienced Civ2 scenario author get much from the guideline (i.e. is it basic stuff) or is it for more adept designers - or both? I assume the scenarios are copyright and won't be freely accessible. Do the scenarios contain new sprites not already available?
d-oh! I thought this was a new Test of Time scenario builders' guide.
