Would anyone be interested in starting the first Test of Time dilpo game with me? I am experienced in the other diplos and would like to start one with TOT. We will discuss rules and stuff after I get enough responses.

Could anyone tell me what a diplomatic game is? Everyone talks about it in civ2 section etc. but I don't know what that means!

First of all, A diplo game is a game of Civilization II in which diplomacy, rather than war is the primary way of solving things. No Civilization is ever completely destroyed, and war is avoided at all cost, although it can still happen.
Second of all, I am not sure about days and times yet. I can play on pretty much any day of the week, so you tell me when you guys can play, and we will work it out from there.

I'm good with pretty much anytime. Specific times will probably depend where everyone is from. I'm in the Mountain Time Zone.

Well how many people do I have?
Here are the rules that I am pondering.
2x Production/1x Movement
World Map, Random Starts
Emperor or King Difficulty.
Little Barbarians.
2-3 times a week play. Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6:30 EST
5:30 CST
4:30 Mountain
3:30 Pacific

i'd love to be in a diplo game, but 3x/week's a bit too much for me (esp. fridays... must... drink... beers)

That would be about 1:30am in Poland, but we can change times so that you can play. We can play earlier in the day if possible.

I can play 7 days a week, but we have to organize 5-6 people....
