does anyone know if theres a .txt file i can edit to keep barracks from becomeing obsolete(needlessly) twice per game?

actually after doin some reading i realized that the reason this happens is to simulate the need to upgrade; ie: there are 3 types of barracks
i just thought the comp was saying 'hey u dont need these any more; ill just sell them for ya'
