I am sure lots of people need help with making scenarios, but I have one question : How do i rename the other Tribes? In the Tribe Editor, I can't click in the Tribe Adjective text box that says the tribe's name, and there is no option for renaming the tribe in the Rename Default Values area. What gives?

i have another question - how do you use a new icon for a unit? i went into the edit units thing under the scenario menu, and i had files called "UNITS.PICT" "UNITS.GIF" and "UNITS.BMP". all of them were graphic converter files, but it would only recognize the pict, and when i tried to open it it would say "The file must be a BMP or GIF". so what's the deal? thanks

I'm afraid no.
You have to rename all the files into .pict (units, terrain, cities ..)
otherwise it is not recognizable.

Heavens! We are in a spatiotemporal fault!
MacUser, our gracious Master, answer TODAY from the abysses of 1999, yeah, look.
An explanation for his unexplanable but fortunately short silence. The Y2K bug perhaps. ;-)
