On the tech chart it says it gives $500. Is this a one time boost? in the great library all it says it gives the host empire a cash influx. I took that as every turn. I built it once and seemed to only get $500 and thats it. Not worth the time to build in my opnion.
Am I right or wrong?

Yeah thats what i did in my other games. not worth it. too time consuming. better building caravans for 34 to 50 turns it takes to build the pyramids. and get way more money.
