	Random CPU Civs Inflate your Upload Space

am i just stupid? or is there a major problem with my version of CTP2?
I cant seem to get the CPU civs to change, no matter what game i play, i always end up playing against the same CPU civs.
English, Scottish, Irish, French, German, Americans, and Native Americans...why?
What doi need to do to stop this ?

I believe that if you raise the level of difficulty in the game, the civs will randomise. I think if you're playing on beginner or easy, they will always be the same. There are other threads here which have also spoken of this, so you may want to try a search. But I think you need to play at least at medium.

Do a search on this problem .. unless you alter NORANDOMCIVS to equal NO .. you will always get it .. and never play on Begginer or Easy ... else it gets set back to YES again .. (you can actually watch it set to yes, the second the game starts).

forget the name of the .txt file you need to change .. do a search on this topic, you'll find it.
