has anyone else noticed this? I dont believe activision would have let this slide. But did they actually Make The people who designed it play the game ? Surely they would have noticed this and the Hotseat bug.

that bug has been mentioned many times along with that if you sell something to the AI, you wont get the gold.

Along similar lines, I finally got fed up with proposals for exchanging maps being rejected. Try this:
1) Hey computer civ, let's exchange maps...
RESPONSE - REJECTED
2) Hey computer civ, please give me your map...
RESPONSE - COUNTER PROPOSAL LET'S EXCHANGE MAPS
This seems to work all the time. The AI seems to think that if it can negotiate an exchange, then it'll do it, where if you offer the exchange in the first place, it automatically refuses. Bizzare!
