	Sea Colonies and enemy civs Support Apolyton, buy Civilization 2

I've tried a few sea colonies and have had little problem with them. On the other hand has anyone noticed that the enemy civs are always: English, Irish, American, Scottish, Japanese and Native American? I've only been playing begginer and the next up but still this is happening. Why would they do this, is it something you can fix?

I'm playing in hard dificult, and I have those civs with me: Cineese, French, Germany, Japanese, Phoenicians, Turks, ...

There is a post on the Help board that answers the problem of non-random civilizations.

I'll restate briefly however:
All you have to do is change the file in the userprofile.txt that says NonRandomCivs=Yes to NonRandomCivs=No.
