Well, although I probably won't get a response, I'll try my problem anyway.
I built an underwater city in the genetic age, but it doesn't look like an underwater city-it looks like a genetic age land city. I checked the agecitystyle.txt file and everything seems to be in order. This is the first major bug I've encountered in the game and from what I've been reading on the forums it's a bug unique to me, but any help would be appreciated.

sounds good! I remember seeing a thread about someone not being able to have the underwater sprite in the earlier ages, but had no problem in the genetic or diamond ages. Well, I think I might just have to get used to floating cities too...although the bug stopped me from creating an underwater empire beyond 1 city (sucks, don't it?). And thank you for your help!

Anyway, this thing can also happen if you installed a mod (such as the medival mod) and you try to use it with a saved game. This mod just replaces some of the image files. Check this out...
