Is this serious ?
It looks and smell funny, like April fools one month ahead of time.

Oh man... well one thing is sure, there won't be CIV3 in this year or the next. Firaxis is going ahead full steam with Dinos now, and CIV3 is put on hold indefinitely. EC3 could as well be forgotten, because nothing is gonna happen any time soon. Maybe try again after 12 months or so if CIV3 is still alive.

Clicking...clicking...clicking ??!!!!!????
RTS ? A mouse speed competition ? Bahh.. !
RTS can be fun for a while. Age of Empires II is cool to have some fun, but it is not strategy. TBS is a superior level of game, where one have to really think, analyse, forecast and act in a very close to reality strategical way. I think Brian will be back to TBS soon.

Before the four left Firaxis there were 7 designers (including Sid), 2.71828 programmers, and 3² artists. That's fairly balanced. They will undoubtedly find a few good designers now that the market is open.
Big Huge Games? They'll have to fend the programmers and artists off with a hail of day-old doughnuts. But before I call them &$#*@! click-fest traitors I'll wait to see what happens.
