(OOC: Ok, I've looked everywhere for specific numbers regarding the Greek military, here's what I found, hope it's enough...)
GREEK ARMY ORGANIZATION ELEMENTS
1. Greece has instituted the obligatory military service for men and the voluntary service in the Armed Forces for men and women. The obligatory military Service for the Greek conscripts comes from the ideals of duty, decency and patriotism. The duration of the obligatory military service in the Army is 18 months. The peace time strength is anticipated to 116,000 men and the war time to 357,000.
2. In order to satisfy the needs of modern weapon systems, to fulfil the needs for tank crews and the operation of modern technology systems, the institution of five years volunteers has been established.
3. Training has been adapted to the modern requirements and challenges and takes into consideration our obligations towards NATO and the Western European Union (WEU), the geographic position of Greece and the International developments. It combines knowledge with practical training and aims towards the improvement of skills and abilities at all levels of command.
4. The Hellenic Army General Staff has the Hellenic First Army (HFA), the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands, the Athens Military Command and the Recruit Training Centres for all Arms and Corps under its command.
5. The HFA is the major formation of the Hellenic Army.
6. The B’ Army Corps is reorganised and transformed into a Rapid Reaction Force, to cover national and international obligations.
7. An Army Aviation Brigade is established and it comprises of 1 Attack Helicopters Battalion (APACHE) , 1 Transport Helicopters Battalion (CHINOOK) and 3 Operational Helicopters Battalions.
8. After the reorganisation, the use of the Infantry Regiment will gradually diminish and the use of the organisational scheme of the Special Brigade or the Armor Brigade will be extended, having as basic characteristics the smaller force, the greater fire power, with Logistic Support flexibility and autonomy.
The Armored and Mechanised Brigades are equipped with latest type of material.
9. In addition, there are also one (1) Marine Brigade and several Special Forces Regiments.
10. The majority the Army is being deployed in areas of intensity and obvious external threat at the eastern part of the country.
11. Greece is geographically located at the crossroad of three (3) continents (Europe-Asia and Africa). Its position in the Mediterranean increases its strategic importance, considering that the Mediterranean is the critical area of contact between North and South.
12. Greece is the only Balkan country that is a member of both NATO and the WEU, and represents a stabilising force in the Balkans. It retains very good relations of co-operation with Bulgaria and Romania, while, at the same time, the relationships with FYROM (Former Yugoslavia Republic of Macedonia) are gradually stabilised.
13. Greece has made great efforts to assist Albania, where, after the recent events, a force equal to an Infantry Regiment was deployed, as of March 1997, in predetermined areas to provide protection to the Humanitarian Aid for the Albanian people. Hellenic forces have been readily accepted by the Albanian people and as a result of their excellent behaviour and organisation, they have been selected to escort most of the humanitarian aid missions.

Here's how you guys do it. Take the number of men in your army, say you ahve 150,000 than divide that by 15,000. That means you now have 10 divisions. Than you organize those divisions into Corps. You usually want to have 3 or more infantry/mech divisions in a Corp. To get armored divisions do the same thing. Say you have 2,000 tanks. Divide that by 200 which gives you 10 armored divisions. And do the same for artillery. Total number of artillery pieces divided by 100.
I usually never organize my navy so ask someone else how to do that. For your Air Force take the total number of a type of plane, say an you have 210 F-14 Tomcats. Divide that by 12 to get a rough estimate of how many sqaudrons that will make. Do that for the rest of the planes too. And than organize those squadrons 4 into a wing.

Although I haven't been able to get anything more specific than this, I'll try to get more information. I checked out the sites Polaris suggested, but I'm not too concerned. I don't really think that I'll need to worry about the name of the 3rd Egyptian armored battalion or anything, especially considering that war is not exactly first and foremost on my mind. That being said, this is what little information I could glean. If anyone can give me a good source of Egyptian military data, I can be more realistic than this.
Army: 320,000 regular troops, plus approximatly 500,000 reservists.
3,700 main battle tanks, including 840 T-54/55, 260 Ramses II (mod T-54/55), 500 T-62, 1,700 M-60, and 555 M1A1 Abrams
Navy: 20,000 naval personnel
4 submarines, 1 destroyer, 10 frigates, 39 patrol boats
Air Force: 30,000 personnel
583 combat aircraft including 41 Alpha Jet, 44 PRC J-6, 28 F-4E, and 20 Mirage 5E2
Again, it's not complete, and if anyone can help me find accurate up to date information, I'd be much obliged.

Only males 18-27 are accepted into the SF/RD Program, after which they receive a lucrative bonus and decommissioning. LAV’s constitute a number of varying light tanks, assault jeeps and similar vehicles.
