If you can get the Russian on board, then it will probably be easier to stab England. Given the war with Turkey and the fact that he can only get one build, the Russian is not as dangerous, and unlike England, you are not directly in his sights...
Either way, try to make sure the Russian builds A Mos rather than A War. This gives you some immediate breathing space. Be wary if he builds in War.
With France so weak, it is important that the English player does not gain control of Iberia - in such a case, he would only have you to aim for, and then you would be really struggling. Persuade him to order F ENG-Bre, preventing the dislodgment of your Parisian unit (unless France is stupid, in which case he'll lose Brest - not good for you). Try to get a third party to tell France to move from Gascony and support from Brest. If France can be persuaded to move to MAO, even better... (French players do stupid things, I persuaded my France to move F MAO-WMS! )
Move your newly-built Munich army into Burgundy, bounce England out of NTH with F Den. Persuade Russia to remove the English from Norway... should all fall into place. I thought it might be better to attempt the stab in the Fall, but if England has F ENG and F NTH then, it might be too late...
And if you don't think you can get the Russian on board, then it may be too risky...
