You should be able to hold out, I think.
If I were RT, I´d retreat F Rum to Sev and convoy A Con to Rum. F Sev to be disbanded, T to build A Con. This would mean you lose one SC, but it´s the only possible way to regain some initiative in this game, I believe.
Nontheless I would try to talk to England already. He could effort to stab Germany, having I and R as allies. For him that may even be better then letting G grow while he himself is denied Iberia by Italy.
