Sahib, Nice work, but be careful. Thirteen SCs after 1904 should been ringing alarms in every capital. Three builds is great, but you'll need them all. What you really need is an ally. Preferrably someone with an axe to grind like Italy or France. Someone who's not going to care too much if you solo. Keep in mind that if you solo, that res of the players get ZERO points. They won't be too thrilled about that.
I'm not saying don't go for the solo, but be careful how you do it. As for builds, that depends on your ability to make allies. If, as SnowFire suggests, you can get Turkey's cooperation, then build two fleets and go after England. If Turkey and Austria unite, then you'll need armies. They look to be at odds, which may not allow them much opportunity to work together. You need to convince Turkey that you're not looking to solo, just to top the board, and if he helps you do it, second place is his...
Unfortunately your stab of Britain is rather unfinished, and you can't follow through effectively on it. He has some tough choices, but he can retake Brest, and has relatively easy builds in Iberia, which will appea before you can get to his home SCs. A lot depends on what he disbands.
