I'm up for both. And HsFB might sign up as well.
24hs seems reasonable as well.
But, how does the PBEM dynamics work?

Cpoulos,
Thanks, that makes sense. You've got the scenario? I sent a copy to Henrik. Does everyone else have it? If you need a copy, email me & I'll send one. Or, you can get it from the ACS scenarios files. The players are-
1.) Exile
2.) Henrik
3.) Hogfather
4.) Cpoulos
5.) HsFB
Now all we need to do is figure out who takes what civ. My belief is that the scenario isn't balanced--some civs have a better position than others. Crowing about a victory as the French or British won't mean much. A victory as the Austrians or Prussians is something to brag about, however. The French civ seems to be the most powerful, because it's in Republic and everyone else is stuck in Monarchy, but it's surrounded by potential enemies, all seeking to even up the score by taking pieces out of Napoleon's empire. The starting civs are, in order of power;
1.) French
2.) British
3.) Russians
4.) Prussians
5.) Austrians
There are also the Turks and "Neutrals," but the Turks are fairly impotent and the Neutrals get gobbled up by incipient empire-builders pretty quickly after the start of the scenario. However, if anyone wants to come in to the game and take the Turks, I certainly have no objection.
Waiting to start,
Exile

The way I have played by e-mail is easy. Start the game in hot-seat mode. The first player should select the number of players and who gets what (I don't know the turn order in that scenario. I've never played it) as far as tribes are concerned. At the end of your turn (when the turn end is blinking), save the game, and then e-mail the save to whoever is next. As long as everyone has multi-player with the lastest patch, the save will work fine. I don't know if there another way to to do it, but I have played this way, and it works fine. We should have a gentilman's agreement not to look at any of the other player's city info, but such childish behavior shouldn't be a problem. If someone knows another way, post it and we will do that.

The game should not be in hotseat mode, you should save as a .net file. Otherwise strange things will happen.
