How did this happen? How did they get all those credits?

I have been playing for four or five days, and done a lot of hard work. As for my buddies (IRL) on Orange Zephyrus and their ships... well, in case you hadn't noticed, it's not too difficult to get a Taurean Mule or Cargo Tran. With some probing and exploration and a good zt map, its easy enough to find enough trade pairs to earn a few hundred thousand to buy a corporate flagship. I sense much fear in you - and by the way, expect the Orange Zephyrus to win.

200k a day? At my best I was making around 120k a day.
Looks like I still have some to learn (I need money for
cool things for my ship, like a T-Warp drive (just sounds
neat-o)).

Any hints for us folks that I have been on a long time

Sorry, I don't think I was clear enough. The corporate ship was a corporate effort. If you have four guys in a corporation working together, they can earn enough to buy one. We are a team, that is how teams work.
